Not yet. Hosting plans don't include mailboxes. Use a provider such as Zoho Mail or Google Workspace for email on your domain, and send website emails (contact forms, order emails) through an email service's API, such as Brevo or SendGrid, with a plugin like WP Mail SMTP. Outgoing SMTP ports are blocked on our servers to stop spam.
Yes. From your dashboard you can unlock the domain and get the authorisation (EPP) code at any time. Registry rules may block transfers for 60 days after a registration or previous transfer.
We email reminders before the due date. Services are suspended — not deleted — a few days after an unpaid invoice is due, and come back automatically once it is paid.
